The Characteristic of SUT200Wind Turbine

SUT200 which adopts three-blades horizontal axis feather is the 200KW grid connected wind turbine. The use ratio of wind turbine is highly improved by using variable-speed constant frequency, variable-speed feather and advanced control strategy ;

The use of sophisticated computer and communications technology which has complex security control strategies and fault self-diagnostic function is to reduce the amount of routine maintenance;

The wind turbine can be long-term normal operation on the island and in the desert by strengthening the anti-interference ability and using the design to adapt bad environment, especially anti-sand and salt spray corrosion resistance.

The design of anti-low-temperature can make the wind turbine run stably in the cold area;

The unique feather structure can make the power output smoothly, lower the shake of torque and nacelle, optimize the output power, lower the noise, steady the output power of the generator by controlling the pitch angle ;

Control System:

Independently developed products WE400 controller is adopted in the control system. It includes I/O module, light conversion module, counting module, communication module, encoder module, power monitor measuring module, human-computer interface. Its character is high speed, easy debugging and mass storage. Industrial Ethernet bus and embedded operating system; Protection unit is added to make the wind turbine shut down to the protect state automatically when lack of power grid phase, under voltage, overvoltage or other failures.

Security System:

Grid connected technology:

Flicker : Load cannot suddenly changed by variable-pitch control;

Resonance: the constant switching frequency of IGBT inverter is 2300Hz.The system has high and constant switching frequency, little filtering and small resonance proportion(THD is 1%).

Switching process: It occurs in the process of loading of the DC intermediate circuit.

The capacitors of DC intermediate circuit is loaded through a resistor. The maximum current value that produced is 1% of rated current.

Access Grid: Generator and grid synchronized smoothly, torque and power adjust slowly from 0;

Maintenance and Installation:

Connectors: Air connector is adopted in sensor and cable connection, it iseasy to installe and maintain;
